DMCA Policy

SaveToVideo respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws.

Important: we do not host videos

SaveToVideo does not store or host any videos, images or audio on its servers. Our tools process links to content that is publicly available on third-party platforms, and files are delivered from those platforms’ servers. To remove content permanently from the Internet, you should also contact the platform where it was published (for example Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest or X), each of which has its own copyright reporting process.

When we receive a valid notice, we can block the specific link(s) from being processed by our tools.

How to file a DMCA notice

Please send a written notice to admin@savetovideo.net (subject: “DMCA Notice”) or through our Contact page, including:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature (as the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf).
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  3. The exact URL(s) of the content in question (the original post link on the platform).
  4. Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.

We aim to review valid notices within 2–5 business days.

Counter-notice

If you believe a link was blocked by mistake, you may send a counter-notice containing your signature, identification of the blocked link, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was blocked by mistake or misidentification, your contact details, and consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.

Misuse

Please note that knowingly making false claims of infringement may make you liable for damages. If you are unsure whether content infringes your rights, consider seeking legal advice first.
